All transactions processed with DRUO must happen with your authorization and based on the conditions and frequency that you agreed with our merchant. If a merchant is not honoring that commitment, please contact us through the button below.

Disconnecting an account from a merchant at DRUO is easy

According to our terms of service, merchants that use DRUO are not allowed to charge your bank account without your authorization. Therefore, you can rest assured that unauthorized charges will not be generated.

If you want to disconnect your bank account from a merchant, please ask the merchant directly.
